I specialize in supporting men of all identities, Black and brown communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, high-performing professionals, and college students as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I am committed to providing trauma-informed, affirming care where you feel seen, valued, and heard.

Taking the step to start therapy is an act of care for yourself. I specialize in identity work, anxiety, stress, major life transitions, and trauma—including racial, generational, childhood, and complex trauma. I believe therapy should be a supportive, affirming space where you can show up as your full, authentic self.
